My Association is a complete show package, member management, results points generator, and report management software for the Open Horse Shows, timed events, rodeos, NBHA associations, and Barrel Racing industry. It cuts out the hassle of maintaining two or more databases and multiple spread sheets. One database is maintained which cuts out the human error factor by a great deal and takes out the time issue of using 2 or more different software packages to generate the types of reports you need. It does it all! Easy show setup, exhibitor entries, draws, announcer sheets, and instant results, payouts, member maintenance along with report and point generation according to your association’s criteria. Evangeline Services will customize each report according to your association’s needs in addition to current reports. If what is needed is only the simplicity of running a show without the member points management we do offer My Association with just the show management package at a lesser cost. My association automatically handles Jackpot, 2D, 3D, 4D, 5D format classes along with roll over times based on what classes were marked as rolled over in the Exhibitor's entry form. No more cut and past!!!!
We do offer a basic package if you want just the show management package for purpose of contestant entries (all what the complete package has without member point tracking) and quick results and payouts. My Association also has the option to export results results to equistat/BBR.
Once you experience how easy it is to handle running your shows/Rodeos, you will want it. Just by clicking a button your membership's end of the year points or Money standings are generated. My Association does it for you based you your association's settings.
All Reports can print out to your PDF printer for web publishing. If you don't have a pdf printer/converter I can set you up with one.

Association Membership tracking, point or Earnings end of the year tracking and reporting. Import/export membership and rodeo data to and from main organization data base.
